Terms of Service
The terms for using Flowen, a local-first note-taking app by Eonia.
1. Acceptance
By using Flowen (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Eonia.
2. The App
Flowen is a local-first note-taking app, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed in future updates.
3. Premium
Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks all features for the lifetime of the App on your Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Purchases are processed by the App Store, and pricing is shown at the point of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Your Data and Backups
Your notes and stacks are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data.
6. Acceptable Use
Use Flowen for lawful purposes only. Do not reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and trademarks belong to Eonia. Content you create in your notes remains yours.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages, including data loss or interruptions, arising from use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
